QUALITY ASSURANCE

Quality assurance is an integral part of the entire production process. The most important features and methods of modern quality assurance are

Early error prevention: Errors are not only sought at the end of the process, but are already avoided during planning and product development through preventative measures

Processes and products are monitored and corrective measures are initiated using optical and tactile inspection methods as part of the worker self-inspection during production and in the central precision measuring room. Predictive maintenance and quality monitoring are used to recognise machine problems at an early stage and prevent downtime.

Agile approaches, such as Kaizen and the PDCA cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act), are key components of quality assurance as an ongoing process. As part of the error culture and transparency, employees are encouraged to report errors and utilise them as learning opportunities. This openness promotes continuous improvement and reduces recurring errors
