With laser cutting, complex contours and openings can be produced thanks to the precise removal of material. Laser parts are economical even in small quantities, which is why they are used in machine, vehicle and apparatus construction.
We are the partner for your laser parts and assemblies - especially if they also need to be welded, galvanised, burnished or anodised.
Laser cutting
Our CO2 laser cutting machine is designed for a working area of 3,000 x 1,500 mm and material thicknesses of
- 0.1 mm to 20 mm for steel
- 12 mm for stainless steel
- 6 mm for aluminium
Bending and punching
Punching, bending and folding sheet metal is the most economical method of producing three-dimensional components without moulds. In our production, we only work with machine tools from well-known European manufacturers. Our press brakes have bending lengths of 3,060 mm each and a maximum pressing force of up to 1,350 kN - we use them to bend steel sheets up to 12 mm.
Welding
Our highly qualified and experienced welders ensure high-quality welded joints on workpieces made of steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Our team of welders works on co-ordinate tables using these welding processes:
- MIG, MAG and TIG
- spot welding
- stud welding
- Edge welding
Profiling machine
We realise a comprehensive range of profile shapes for you. Our roll forming machine enables us to achieve high tolerances in low-stress forming. The profiles produced are characterised by maximum precision and minimal work hardening. As a result, your profiles remain highly processable.
