We deliver the goods either directly to you or, as an option, to our German distribution centre in Oppenweiler, near Stuttgart. We work very closely with a reliable German logistics company.

Furthermore, our factory is strategically located near the Portuguese seaport of Porto. This makes it possible to deliver worldwide within the shortest possible time.

The international MBO Group headquarters are situated in Oppenweiler (Germany) and employs a total of 385 people, 200 of whom work in our Perafita (Portugal) facilities.

MBO’s Portugal corporate purpose is the exercise of industrial and commercial activity of machinery for the printing industry. For this purpose we have two distinct but complementary industrial units:

  • Production (machine parts production)
  • Assembly (assembling parts, modules and machines)

The production process begins with the reception of the raw materials (steel, iron and other materials), which are selected according to the specifications of the component or part to be produced. The material proceeds to one of the following sectors: CNC lathes, CNC milling, production island, bending rolls, precision shafts or small series production sector.

There is also a sheet metal working section with an independent process from the entry of the raw sheet metal to the finished piece, including laser cutting, bending, welding and deburring operations.

Subsequently, some parts undergo a surface treatment (galvanisation or painting) before being sent to the intermediate parts warehouse for assembly.

According to the manufacturing order, the parts may be assembled to give rise to a machine or a machine component, which includes pre-assembly and final assembly. These components can also be directed directly to our final warehouse for shipment to our customers.

Privileged company highway access (A28), is an added value for transportation. We offer free parking, a recreation room and free meals at the company canteen. Safety equipment and work clothes are suitable for each position.

In addition, we offer:

  • Integration in an international company
  • Career prospects
  • Good work environment
  • Continuous training
  • Salary in accordance with the function

If you are interested in joining our team, we look forward to receiving your application.
